Most players train,
but don't impact games.
We fix that.

Private training in Utah County that helps players
make better decisions, move more effectively,
and actually make an impact in real games.
Club neutral. Come see if it’s a fit.

Most youth soccer training isn't actually developing players

That’s because they’re not being taught how to:

-Make better decisions under pressure

-Apply skills in real game situations

-Move and compete at the level the game demands

-Understand what’s happening, not just perform drills

-Build real confidence and a love for the game

That’s exactly what we train.

What this looks like in real games

What players and parents are saying

“He helped my daughter compete at the ECNL level.”

“My son’s confidence and decision-making completely changed.”

“This isn’t just training. He teaches players how to actually play.”

“Josue is one of the great ones. Our daughter Mac played at an early age under his tutelage. He was the player developer for our age group at our past club, and he was always mentoring players and coaches.

He has a long term approach to soccer. He focuses on helping players ‘see’ the game and play 3 or 4 plays ahead. Sure, he’s a master technician and can help with skills development, but that’s just one of the many skills Josue imported into the mind of the players on Mac’s team. Team play, hustle, body positioning, movement, how to strike the ball, placement etc, all skills that helped Mac develop into a great ECNL player.

At 13 years old, she has the ability to compete at the top levels, and has desires to play on bigger and better stages. We will always be grateful that Josue took Mac at an early age and developed her sense of assisting, scoring, and teamwork so she can flourish the way she does now!”

-Heath T, father of a 2013 girl that moved to an ECNL team.

“We met Coach Josue when our son Crosby was playing on a recreation team. He invited our son to try out for his club team, and the growth in just one year has been beyond impressive. Not only did he elevate Crosby’s technical and physical skills, but he also taught him true sportsmanship, how to think strategically on the field, and how to practice and improve on his own at home.

What stands out most is the motivation and confidence Coach Josue instills in his players. He genuinely loves soccer and truly cares about the boys he coaches, and that shows in the way they develop both as athletes and as young men. Thanks to his guidance and leadership, our son earned a spot on the club’s Premier team the following season. We are incredibly grateful for the impact he has had on Crosby’s growth and love for the game. Thanks Josue.”

-Kim T, mother of a 2015 boy that moved to a Premier level team.

“Coach Josue was such a blessing in my daughter’s first year of soccer. From day one, he created an environment that was positive, encouraging, and focused on building confidence. He didn’t just teach the fundamentals of the game. He taught teamwork, discipline, and belief in yourself.

What stood out most was his patience, and the way he made every player feel important, no matter their skill level. We’re so grateful for the time, energy, and heart Coach Josue poured into our daughter. Any athlete would be lucky to train with him.”

-Sarah F, mother of a 2013 girl.

“Training with Josue was one of the best decisions I made for my soccer career. When I first started working with him 5 years ago, I was playing for a lower level club team and knew that if I wanted to compete at a higher level, I needed to improve my skills. I had the passion and the drive to get better, but I didn’t yet have the technical ability or confidence to play at the level I wanted.

That’s when I decided to start training with Josue. A few times each week we would meet for individual training sessions where he worked with me on technical skills, decision making, and understanding the game the right way. He didn’t just run drills  he explained why things mattered and how to apply them in real game situations.

On the days we didn’t meet in person, he gave me specific workouts and skill exercises to complete on my own. Those “homework” assignments pushed me to stay consistent and keep improving even when we weren’t training together. The combination of his coaching and the work I put in outside of sessions helped me develop faster than I expected.

Training with Josue also taught me the importance of being coachable, disciplined, and resilient. Progress didn’t happen overnight, but over time I began to see real improvement in my game.

Because of that work, I was able to play varsity high school soccer, move up to one of the highest level club teams, and eventually win a State Cup championship. Those experiences were goals I once thought were out of reach.

Soccer has been a huge part of my life, and Josue played an important role in helping me reach my potential as a player. If you’re serious about improving and willing to put in the work, I highly recommend training with him.”

-Owen H, 2007 soccer player.

“We feel so lucky to have Josue as our son’s coach. He’s truly a rockstar. His patience and genuine investment in our son’s growth really set him apart. Josue even took the time to visit our home to walk through ways he could improve, and he regularly shares helpful training videos.

Since working with Josue, we’ve seen huge growth in our son’s game. His understanding of positioning and spacing has improved. He keeps his eyes up, makes smarter passes, and his first touch is noticeably more controlled. His technical skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting have all taken a big step forward, along with his confidence on the field. Josue teaches the game beautifully and truly knows it at a high level. I highly recommend him to any family looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated coach.”

-Bryce and Shelby T, parents of a 2015 boy.
